Kitchen Cabinet Installer
Hawthorne Kitchens is looking for an experienced cabinet installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialize in custom cabinet installation including detailed crown molding and specialty parts.
Job Responsibilities
- Install quality custom kitchen and bath cabinets including specialty projects such as custom closets, entertainment units ect.
- Experience with assembling, installing and reading blueprints (drawings).
- Adaptability to work on other jobs as needed within the company.
- Assist with manufacturing as required.
- Resolve client concerns in a professional manner.
- Additional tasks as required.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive hourly wage ($20-$26 based on experience).
- Monday – Friday work week. However, may extend into some evenings and Saturdays. (No Sundays)
- Monthly tool allowance.
Personal Requirements
- 5+ years of experience preferred.
- Customer oriented, friendly and enthusiastic.
- Honest and reliable.
- Punctual with an excellent work ethic.
- Quality conscious.
- Must be flexible and have the ability to work with a team.
- Experience with woodworking equipment and handheld tools a must.
- Excellent problem solving skills, able to follow a design.
- Must be able to start early mornings<./li>
- Valid MB Drivers license and vehicle.
- Strong verbal skills (English).
